Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tumble Tech Laundry Repair. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

We provide washer and dryer repair, installation, and maintenance. All services are carried out professionally and within the agreed scope.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on information available at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply if further repairs, parts, or labor are required.

  • All pricing will be confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted methods: cash, cheque & e-transfer

  • Invoices will be issued for completed jobs.

4. Parts & Warranties

  • Parts are sourced from trusted suppliers.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

  • Our workmanship is covered by a timeframe. See Warranty Policy for details.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in a service call fee.

6. Subcontracting & Independent Work

  • We may hire trusted subcontractors to assist in completing services. They are bound by professionalism and confidentiality.

  • When we act as a subcontractor, we operate as an independent business, not as an employee.

  • We are responsible only for the work we are contracted to perform and not liable for issues caused by other contractors or outside our scope.

7. Age Requirement

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least the age of majority in their province of residence (18 or 19 in Canada, depending on the province). By booking a service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects to appliances or property

  • Issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or unrelated failures

  • Work performed by contractors not engaged by us

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Third-Party Websites & Social Media

Our website may include links to external websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Interactions with us on third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, designs, text, and content on our website belong to Tumble Tech Laundry Repair. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, accidents, or labor strikes.

12. Right to Refuse Service

For safety reasons, Tumble Tech Laundry Repair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if, in our judgment, the work environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a risk to our technicians. In such cases, we may reschedule or cancel the appointment until the conditions are resolved.

13. Non-Payment & Collections

Payment for services is due as outlined in Section 3 (Payments). If payment is not received within the specified time:

  • We will provide written reminders and reasonable opportunities to pay.

  • If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to pursue collections, interest charges, or legal action through Small Claims Court.

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection of overdue accounts.

14. Subcontractor Payment Terms

When Tumble Tech Laundry Repair is engaged as a subcontractor:

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule stated in the subcontractor agreement, invoice, or service confirmation.

  • Delayed payments beyond the agreed due date may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by law.

  • If payment remains outstanding after reasonable notice, we reserve the right to pursue collections, legal action, or liens where applicable.

  • Services may be suspended for accounts with unpaid balances until payment is received.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled under BC jurisdiction.

16. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
